Quantonics provides lead generation and social media advertising services to businesses. Our platform identifies potential customers, creates targeted advertising campaigns, and delivers qualified leads to our clients through various digital marketing channels.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and service tier selected. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

We define a "qualified lead" as a prospect who has shown genuine interest in your products or services, matches your specified target criteria, and has provided valid contact information. Lead qualification standards will be established during the onboarding process.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target audience and business requirements
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their follow-up communications
• Maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Quantonics

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Quantonics services remain the property of Quantonics. Clients retain ownership of their own business information and marketing materials provided to us.

8. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes. Lead generation results may vary based on market conditions, industry factors, and client follow-up practices.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quantonics' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ector County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
